摘要
对不饱和硅烷熔融接枝低密度聚乙烯 (LDPE)在反应器 HAAKE流变仪的密炼机内的反应过程中流变转矩的变化规律与凝胶率的变化规律进行了比较 ,发现在不同配方下 ,同一熔融温度 ,材料流变转矩的不同 ,其凝胶率也明显不同。因此 ,直观地用流变转矩的大小来判断硅烷交联聚乙烯的凝胶率及交联度是一种有效的方法。
The relation between the torque in process and the gel fraction of melt grafting of unsaturated silanes onto powdered low density polyethylenes, which reactions were in the mixer of the HAAKE Rheocord 90, was contrasted. It is found that they are clearly different from varied prescriptions in the same process. As a result, it is an effective method to try to find a better material with good prescription by analysing the data of the torque.
