摘要
以乙烯酮和氯气为原料在溶剂中反应合成了氯乙酰氯,适宜溶剂为磷酸三乙酯,采用带夹套的填料塔式反应器。在最佳工艺条件:溶剂比(溶剂与反应生成产物的质量之比)约1-0,反应温度20 ~30 ℃,反应压力约9-3 kPa,原料配比n(Cl2)∶n(CH2CO) =(1-05~1-20)∶1 下,氯乙酰氯收率达92-5 % 以上,纯度可达98-5% 以上。
Chloroacetyl chloride was synthesized from ketene and chlorine as raw materials in the solvent. The adequate solvent was triethyl phosphate. The reactor was a packing tower with a jacket. Under the optimum conditions: the solvent mass ratio ( solvent to reaction product) about 1 0∶1, the material molar ratio (Cl\-2 to CH\-2CO) (1 05~1 2)∶1,reaction temperature 20~30 ℃ and reaction pressure about 9 3 kPa, the yield and the purity of chloroacethyl chloride were respectively more than 92 5% and 98 5%.
