摘要
本文阐述了新发布的国家土方机械噪声限值强制性标准及配套噪声测定系列标准的出台背景、主要变化、国内相关标准与国外的差距、中国工程机械行业即将面临的挑战等方面,解读与分析新修订的《土方机械噪声限值及测定方法系列》国家标准。
The new revision of the Chinese national regulations and standards ＂Earth-moving machinery noise limit and the series of measurement methods＂ will be interpreted and analysed in this paper from the following several aspects, the background and the main changes of the latest regulations and standards related to earth-moving machinery noise in domestic and international, the differences between the standards in domestic and international, the challenges that the whole construction machinery industry of china will face and so on.
