摘要
推行综合标准化有非常现实的意义，从宏观层面来看有以下几方面。
1适应经济技术发展的新形势和新要求
传统标准化是大工业时代的产物，大工业时代的一个显著特点是明确而细腻的分工，以及生产的高度专业化，相应地出现了行业和部门林立的状态。这些行业和部门相互之间的边界清楚，内涵明确，各有各的生产领域，各有各的管辖范围。
Currently,the traditional standardization is difficult to adapt to the demands. The comprehensive standardization based on the system theory is not only renewal of idea ,but also a series of work methods （methodology） innovations in standardization. Implementation of comprehensive standardization has practical significance for adaption to the technology development in a new situation, and it gives full play to the role of standard.
