沿海滩涂区建筑物桩基础应用与环境影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 沿海滩涂区属于围垦地基土,较适合用于建筑物基础的为桩基础。本文一方面为解决由于围填土中含大粒径的块石而在成桩时对施工带来的困难和易造成桩偏位的质量问题;另一方面为解决目前未能很好地给沉桩时对周边环境和社会效应所造成的影响作出评估。为此,通过桩型应用的比选及施工工艺的改进来保证成桩的质量;对环境影响利用理论分析成果、现场测试与经验相结合的方法得出一个较为合理的评估指标。研究得出适合采用的锤击预制管桩、引桩与赶打的施工工艺,把挤土影响范围与计算桩径和计算桩长的关系作为控制依据的评估方法,为沿海滩涂区围垦地基土桩基础应用提供依据,所受到的综合效果是良好的。 Coastal beach area is one part of the reclaimed foundation soil, and the pile foundation is suitable for building. Certain difficulties accrue in construction during pile construction, apt to cause pile inclination accident because of large particle block stones. On one hand we solve the quality problem. On the other hand evaluate the surrounding environment impact and social effect causing by this kind of foundation when sinking at present. Therefore, the quality of finished pile is guaranteed by pile type selection and improved construction technology. One more reasonable evaluation index can be obtained by a method of combining theoretical analysis, spot test and experience of the environmental effect. We have obtained the adaptable construction technics of hammering, leading and driving prefabricated pipe shaped piles. We get assessment methods as a control based on the relationship among the incidence of soil compaction, the calculated pile diameter and length. To provide the application basis of pile foundation on reclaimed coastal beach area. The comprehensive effect is good.
