摘要
利用立式分离机可有效的分离粗渣，较卧螺离心机省投资、省电、省维修费用；利用蛋白提取剂和上浮法提取高蛋白物质， 每处理１００ｍ３ 去除粗渣的废醪可提取加工含蛋白５０％的蛋白粉１．５ 吨， 提取蛋白后的清液若厌氧净化， 可利用ＵＡＳＢ高效厌氧设备，节省投资４０％以上，且水质易达标。
The vertical separator can effectively separate the big-diameter residue.Comparing with the horizontal continuous separator,it can save the investment,electricity,repairing cost.Using protein extracting agent and up-float way,we can extract high protein content substance,every 100 waste mash,which has been extracted big-diameter residue,can obtain protein powder 1.57 tons(50% protein content).The clearing liquid after extracted protein can be anaerobicly purified with UASB high effective anaerobic equipement.By this way,more than 40% investment can be saved and the purifying water attains the national standard easily.
