辛伐他汀与普伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血脂及C-反应蛋白的影响 被引量:3

Effects of simvastatin compared with Pravastatin on lipids and C-reactive protein concentrations in patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的比较辛伐他汀(理舒达)与普伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血脂及C-反应蛋白的影响。方法将104例糖尿病合并高脂血症患者随机分成两组,治疗组56例,对照组48例,两组患者治疗8周,随访6个月。观察两组治疗后血脂、CRP的变化。结果两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC),低密度脂蛋白(LDL),甘油三酯(TG)及C-反应蛋白水平均有下降,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)均有升高,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者的降血脂作用与普伐他汀相比更为显著,同时还能明显降低血清CRP水平,提示其有明显的抗炎作用,有利于糖尿病终点事件发生的干预治疗。 Objective Compareed simvastatin (Li Suda) and pravastatin on serum lipids and C-reactive proteinin type 2 diabetes.Methods 104 patients with diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 56 cases,48 cases in control group,patients were treated for 8 weeks,followed up for 6 months. Lipids and CRP changes were observed after treatment.Results Two groups of patients with serum total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein (LDL),triglycerides (TG) and C-reactive protein levels were significantly decreased in the treatment group than the control group (P〈0.05);two high density lipoprotein (HDL) were increased,the treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Effect of lowering lipid of simvastatin in patients with type 2 diabetes was more significant compared with pravastatin,while simvastatin could significantly lower serum CRP levels,suggesting that there was significant anti-inflammatory role in helping end the incident diabetes intervention.
