24例儿童孤独症应用综合治疗的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究应用整合社交技能训练、语言和言语训练、认知能力训练、行为矫正、精细运动和感觉统合训练等综合方法对于儿童孤独症的治疗效果。方法收集患儿24例,应用综合疗法进行训练,训练前后分别应用克氏孤独症行为量表(CARS)和孤独症儿童行为评定量表(ABC)进行评测,以确定治疗效果,患儿每天训练3h,平均训练(3.75±2.68)月。结果训练之后,患儿CARS评分中人际关系、模仿、情感反应、躯体运动能力等方面评分均较训练前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是,"与非生命物体的关系"和"活动水平"两项评分训练前后差异无统计学意义;治疗前、后ABC各项评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合方法对于儿童孤独症患者的康复具有显著疗效。 Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy including social skill training, speech and language training, cognitive training, behavior modification and sensory integrative training on children with autism. Methods 24 children with autism were collected and treated with the comprehensive therapy. Every child was assessed independently by CARS and ABC before and after the treatment. They were required to he trained for 3 hour per day and the average period of treatment was 2 to 12 months. Resnits At the end of the treatment, the score of CARS and ABC was statistically significantly decreased, including relationship, imitation, affective response and so on (P〈0.05), but there was no statistical significance on the items of "relationship with non-living objects" and "activity"; On the score of ABC, all of the items were statistically changed after the treatment (P〈0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive therapy was an effective treatment to autism in Children.
