摘要
通过对当前航空装备修理企业成本控制和价格管理中存在问题的深入分析,结合航空装备价格工作后续发展趋势,提出构建航修企业分层分类的成本控制和价格管理模式,并介绍了某航空修理工厂在成本控制和价格管理方面所做的尝试和探索。
Through the analysis of the problems in cost control and price management in aviation equipment repair entities, and combining the trend of the price management for aviation equipment, this article created a model for cost control and price management in aviation equipment repair entities, and introduced the research work on cost control and price management in an aviation equipment repair factory.
