摘要
目的了解腹股沟疝手术围手术期预防感染用药效果。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对96例围手术期用药与传统术后用药进行效果比较。结果术后最高体温、术后退热时间、术后病率、腹部切口感染围手术期预防用感染明显优于传统术后用药,无显著差异。结论提倡围手术期用药,缩短预防使用抗菌药物时间,减少细菌耐药性产生。
Objective To understand the effect of groin hernia surgery perioperative prevent infection drug.Methods Retrospective investigation method,comprared the effect of 96 cases of perioperative use of antibiotics and traditional postoperative medication.Results After operation,the highest temperature,time,postoperative antifebrile postoperative incision infection disease rate,abdomen perioperative prevent infection with much better than those of the traditional postoperative use,without significantl difference.Conclusions It is better perioperative use,can shorten the prevention use antimicrobial agents time,reduce bacteria drug resistance.
