摘要
目的探讨稳心颗粒对心肌炎患儿过早搏动的疗效及安全性。方法用随机性对照的研究设计,将2007年6月～2010年6月期间住院全部有过早搏动的心肌炎或疑似心肌炎患儿随机分成治疗和对照两组。两组常规心肌炎治疗4周,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服稳心颗粒4周,对照组加服普萘洛尔4周,治疗前、后用5分钟心电图和Holter评估过早搏动频率,并记录临床及实验室检查。结果治疗组与对照组每组治疗前后比较过早搏动,次数均显著减少(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率86.7%,且治疗组平均住院天数(21±3.8 d,对照组平均住院天数(22±3.7)d,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),表明两组疗效相当,治疗组前后患者肝肾功能无明显改变,但其中有4例轻度恶心、呕吐,均可自行缓解,未影响治疗,对照组治疗期间有3例胃肠胃道反应,2例肝功能异常,此5例被迫中断停药。结论稳心颗粒对小儿心肌炎并发的过早搏动有明确的治疗作用,除6.7%患儿出现轻度的消化道症状外,稳心颗粒对患儿无其它不良反应,适于儿科应用。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of Wenxin granules treating premature beats of viral myocarditis in children.Method From June.2007 to June.2010 all of the inpatients suffering viral myocarditis or suspicious viral myocarditis with premature beats were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups were routinely treated for four weeks;Wenxin Granules were given in treatment group while Propranolol was given in control group.Before and after treatment,five-min electrocardiogram and Holter were used for estimating the frequency of premature beats and recording the details on clinic and laboratory.Results Comparing the treatment and control groups;premature beats were obviously reduced in two groups（P0.01）.The effective rate of the treatment group was 90% and 86.7% in controlling group.The average days of hospitalization of the treating group was（21±3.8）d.while（22±3.7）d for the controlling group.Comparing two groups,there were no significant differences（P0.05）,so the equal efficacy was indicated in two groups.There is no adverse reactions of liver and kidney function in treatment group,but there were 4 cases was found slight nausea and vomiting that didn＇t influence of control group,there were three cases appeared with reactions of gastrointestinal tract,2 cases abnormal functions of liver,the 5 cases were forced to stop medicines.Conclusions Therenis exact effcacy to Wenxin granules in treating children＇s viral myocarditis with premature beats.Besides 6.7% of patients with slight tract symptoms,there are no adverse reactions to children.
