摘要
本文研究了在不同离子渗氮工艺参数下,纯铁、45钢、40Cr、42CrMo及38CrMoAl钢等五种材料的离子渗氮层长大动力学,建立了长大动力学的数学模式。利用所得数学模式进行计算机仿真,并与实验结果进行比较,结果表明,两者符合得较好,可以利用所得数学模式,实现离子渗氮工艺过程的计算机控制。
This paper deals with the kinetics of the ion nitrided layer growth for armco iron, steels 45, 40Cr, 42CrMo and 38CrMoAl. The mathematical model for quantitatively describing the kinetics of the compound and diffusion layer growth under different process parameters for these materials has been established Using these equations to simulate the kinetics of ion nitrided layer growth for these materials the simulating curves coincide quite well with the experimental data
