摘要
休闲体育作为高校大学生健身的主流选择,不仅影响到大学生的生活方式选择和质量的提高,也是终身教育和终身体育的重要形式。通过展示大学生休闲体育活动与时尚追求的互动关系及影响因素,提出引导大学生休闲体育与时尚追求互动良性发展的对策。
Based on a systematic review of literatures, observations, and analytical analysis, the study exam- ined China＇ s sports culture and urban humanistic quality, and found that China＇ s sports culture bore a dis- tinctive Chinese feature. The relation between China＇ s sports culture and China＇ s urban humanistic quality is interactive： the benign development of sports culture effectively promotes urban humanistic quality; at the same time, the promotion of urban humanistic quality enhances the healthy development of sports culture.
