载铁砂催化臭氧化苯酚效能与机理研究 被引量:1

Effects and mechanism of the catalytic ozonization of phenol by iron oxide coated sands

摘要 采用热负载工艺和自然负载工艺制备催化剂,催化臭氧化水中苯酚。pH=10.49时热负载工艺制备的载铁砂催化剂对苯酚的去除效果较好,去除率达到80%~90%。自然负载工艺制备的载铁砂催化剂在其未风干状态下无明显催化效果,但自然风干后苯酚去除率可达到100%。自然风干载铁砂在苯酚质量浓度低于2mg/L时处理效果最佳,去除率可达95%。同时对催化原理进行了探讨。 Iron oxide loaded sands made through thermal load technology and nature load technology have been used as catalysts for removing phenol from water samples by catalytic ozonization. The results showed that when the pH of iron oxide loaded sands through thermal load technology is 10.49,its effect on phenol removing rate is the best, reaching 80%-90%. The iron oxides coated sand produced by nature load technology has no significant catalytic effect on phenol removal, but when it is naturally air-dried, its catalytic effects are better than those made through thermal load technology,whose phenol removal rate could reach 100%. The treatment effect of naturally dried iron oxides coated sand on the phenol removing rate could reach 95% ,when phenol concentration is below 2 mg/L. The mechanisms of the catalytic effects are also discussed.
