摘要
介绍一起燃煤锅炉在较高负荷时的灭火事故,对灭火的原因进行分析,指出锅炉一次风机失速造成了负荷扰动,而运行人员的应对不当造成了锅炉灭火。从技术上和管理上提出防止再次发生锅炉灭火的对策,实施后收到良好效果。
Introduced one coal-fired boiler flame failure at high unit load relatively,analyzed the reason why the failure happened,pointing out that the stall of the primary air fan leaded to load disturbance,and the faulty operations caused the flame failure.Given countermeasures in technical and administrant ways and got good effects.
