摘要
使用简化改良的CTAB法抽提茶树(Camellia sinensis)鲜叶DNA,通过电泳和PCR检测所提取DNA的质量。实验结果表明,改良的CTAB法提取茶树DNA,步骤减少、抽提过程简单、时间短、效率高,用嫩叶和成熟叶均能抽提出高质量的DNA。
CTAB method was simplified and meliorated to extract genome DNA from tea leaves,and the product was examined by electrophoresis and PCR.Results showed that preservation time of branches in water had no obvious effect on the quality of DNA extracted.The modified CTAB method was simple and fast as DNA with high quality could be obtained not only from tender leaves but also from mature and old leaves.
