摘要
研究了废旧的生物质材料汉麻杆芯粉(HP)对所填充丁苯橡胶(SBR)复合材料加工性能、热稳定性、力学性能以及吸水性能的影响。结果表明,较小尺寸的HP对橡胶的加工工艺影响不大,填充后的硫化胶力学性能获得改善,但热稳定性和吸水性有所下降,偶联剂改性明显改善了填充效果。
The effects of waste bio-materials such as hemp hurd powder(HP) used as filler on the processability,heat stability,mechanical properties and water absorption of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) composites was studied.The results showed that HP with shorter length had minor influence on the processability of rubber composites,improved the mechanical properties,and decreased slightly the heat stability and water absorption.The coupling agent treatment played an important role in improving physical properties of SBR composites.
