摘要
以果蝇为试验材料,探讨了钙离子对果蝇生育力和寿命的影响,结果发现含钙化合物加入到培养基后,果蝇后代的生育力和寿命均随着钙离子浓度的升高而降低。
This paper have studied the effects of Ca on the reproductive capacity and Life of fruit flies. The ex-perinent results found that reproductive capacity and life of their descendants have been reduced by the rising of Ca2+ concentration in medium.
