摘要
本文界定了人因分析概念的涵义；论述了人因分析的作用和意义；提出了人因分析理论与方法面临的一系列问题，这些问题的解决能极大推动人因分析学科的发展；最后从理论与应用两方面讨论了人因分析近期的发展趋势．
In this paper, a definition of human factors analysis(HFA) is given, the importance of HFA is described, a series of problems in HFA are pointed out, and at last, current trends in HFA are discussed from the theory and application.
