摘要
介绍了外圆精磨微机控制系统的工作原理、硬件和软件设计及加工精度分析。该系统已广泛应用于外圆磨削加工中，加工精度高，质量稳定且一致性特别好，在磨床技术改造中收到了良好的经济效益。
It is presented in the paper about the work principle of microcomputer control system of cylindricalgrinder and the design of hardware and software and also the analyse of processing precision. The system has alreadybeen widely applied in the cylindrical processing. And it is one of the effective measures to improve the quality andquantity of the cylindrical products.
