摘要
针对受多因素影响的高速公路事故救援预案优选,有学者提出利用层次分析法(AHP)以提高选择的准确性。而因素间的相对关系常含有模糊性,利用此方法构造判断矩阵时不能准确反映。采用区间数描述判断矩阵,有效地解决了该问题,遂产生了区间层次分析法(IAHP)。进一步提出加权区间的概念并研究加权区间层次分析法(WIAHP),不仅使因素间相对关系的模糊性得以体现,更通过对区间上下界设权,定量地描述相对关系的区间分布。文章重点研究了利用WIAHP进行高速公路救援预案优选的方法,并通过实例对比,验证了WIAHP在救援预案优选中应用的合理性,从而使预案优选更加精确,且简化了区间数计算。
According to the optimization of the expressway rescue plans affected by a lot of factors, some scholars argued that using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to improving accuracy of optimization. It's not to reflect the fuzziness of the relationship between elements using AHP to building iudgment matrix. Interval number can be used in judgment matrix to solve the above problem. At the same time, Interval Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP) is producted. The concept of weighted intervalt is proposed and Weighted Interval Analytic Hierarchy Process (WIAHP) is studied. It ~s not only being used to describe the fuzziness, but also being used to express the interval distribution with the weight of boundaries. The method of optimization of the rescue plans using WIAHP is mainly researched. Experiments show the method is reasonable. Thus, it's more accurate and concise that using IAHP to optimize the rescue plans.
