摘要
以广州东沙特大桥为工程背景,主要介绍斜拉桥主塔下横梁支架施工方法与相关分析计算。同时应用有限元软件Algor对支架施工过程中受力结构或部位,如贝雷横梁、支撑钢管、塔身牛腿等,进行模拟分析与计算,用以验证支架施工的可行性,同时为支架施工的安全性提供技术保障。
Based on the construction of Dongsha Long Span Cable-Stayed Bridge, the construction method and related analysis of lower beams structure of this main tower are mainly described. And simulation and analysis of some stressed parts during the construction proccess,such as Bailey beams, steel pipe pile, supporting corbel and so on are made by finite elements software Algor. This can judge the feasibility of this construction method and make technical guarantee for its construction safety.
