摘要
本文介绍具有老化率修正电路锁相双晶振荡器的设计思想。采用这种技术使原来晶体振荡器的老化率从3×10^(-9)/d提高到1×10^(-11)/d,长稳短稳兼优,并且能锁定于外部参考频标。本文给出了部分测试结果。
In this paper, we describe the designing ideas of the phase-locked and double reasonance oscillator with aging rate correction circuit. By using this technique, the aging rate of crystal oscillator is developed from 3×10^(-9)/day to 1×10^(-11)/day, and the output can be locked to reference frequency standard with high long-term and short-term frequency stability. We give the measurement results of some samples.
