摘要
根据带预制孔筒形件成形后侧壁上获得矩形孔的工艺特点及要求,设计了预制孔初始形状为扇形的坯料,采用理论分析和运用ETA/Dyanform软件进行数值模拟实验,深入分析其在拉深过程中的金属变形流动行为的力学机理,分析不同摩擦系数和压边力对金属流动规律的影响。结果表明:预制孔的存在破坏了坯料的完整性,使得孔周围材料的流动发生了显著的变化,通过改变摩擦系数和压边力等参数可以改善成形过程中金属变形和流动的均匀性,并找出利于拉深成形和质量提高的工艺参数。
According to the processing characteristics of getting rectangular holes of the cylindrical part with prefabricate-holes after forming,the blank with prefabricate-holes of sector initial shape was designed.The theory analysis and numerical simulations by using ETA/Dyanform were employed to investigate the mechanical mechanism of the deep drawing process,and to analyze the influence on metal flow by different friction coefficients and blank-holder forces.The results show that the existence of prefabricate-holes destroys the integrity of the blank,the material flow around the hole has changed dramatically,the homogeneity of the deformation as well as metal flow are greatly improved by changing the friction coefficient and the blank-holder force,and the process parameters which will be helpful for deep drawing and promoting the quality are found.
