摘要
管理文化是企业发展的最持久的因素,是企业在市场经济条件下生存发展的内在需要,对形成企业内部凝聚力和外部竞争力起到积极的作用。本文通过阐述文化因素对管理职能的作用力,分析中国企业管理面临的文化困惑,探求华为企业管理文化,吸收其精华,摒弃其企业文化弊端,创新适合中国企业发展的管理文化策略。
Management culture is the most enduring factor of enterprise development, is the internal needs in the market economy under the conditions of the survival and development of enterprise, play a positive role on the formation of internal cohesion and external competitiveness. This article expatiates cultural factors on the management functions of the force, analyses Chinese enterprise management cultural perplexity, seeks Huawei enterprise management culture, absorbs its essence, abandons for its enterprise culture disadvantages, innovates management culture strategy for Chinese enterprises development.
