摘要
采用饱和-D 最优回归设计,进行田间和室内试验测得参数,研究得出PEG 浸棉种有增强幼苗抗寒作用,在低温条件下能保护生物膜的完整性,降低电导率。NAA 则没有明显的抗寒作用。两者对提高根系活力,增强过氧化物酶活性存在互作效应,而对种子萌发,有不同的抑制作用,NAA 的抑制作用较强,PEG则较弱。
Using the optimum saturated regression design,the parameters were obtained through the test done in the fields and in the Lab. The results showed that cold resistance of cotton seedlings was increased by PEG treatment. In the low temperature,the membrane intact was protected and the relative conductivity was lower. Effect of NAA on cold resistance was not significant. There was interaction between PEG and NAA on the root vigor and CAT activity. The seed germination was inhibited by NAA and PEG treatment. The inhibited effect of NAA was stronger than that of PEG.
