摘要
对分子筛固定化葡萄糖淀粉防在固定床反应器中淀粉液化液的扩散和对固定化酶酸促反应的影响进行了研究;并与反应动力学模型相关联,较系统地探究了底物溶液流速、底物溶液浓度、载体粒度、载体再造孔等因素对固定化葡萄糖淀粉酶活力的影响;提出了通过再造扎成型能够有效减小外扩散和内扩散的影响,显著提高固定化酶的活性.
For molecular sieve immobilized glucoamy1ase,the effect of diffusion of starch liquified liquor to the enzyme catalytic reaction in a fixed-bed reactor with immobilized enzyme was studied,and connecting to the kinetic model,the effects of concentration and flow rate of substrate,the size of particle and the re-enlarge of pore of support,on the activity of immobilized glucoamylase were systematically investigated. It is found that the external and internal diffusion effects can be efficiently reduced and the activity of the immobilized enzyme can be greatly enhanced with the glucoamylase immobilized to the support whose pore is re-enlarged.
