摘要
以热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和逸出气质谱分析(EGA/MS)研究硫酸二乙二胺合钢(Ⅱ)[Cu(en)2SO4]的程序升温热分解过程.该过程可分为4个阶段:从135℃开始有约0.2mol的结合水逸出;在270~305℃失去部分的乙二胺;305~345℃为热分解的主要阶段,络合物结构彻底破坏,逸出气质谱分析除检测到乙二胺和硫酸报热裂解产物外,还有少量H2O和微量CO2存在;345℃以后仍继续失重,逸出气主要成分为硫酸根等的分解物.热分解残余物本应为CuO,然而其中却包藏着少量未及逸出的碳和氛成分,且可拉出少量游离铜.以星热法测得该络合物的生成焓为-1195kJ·mol-1.
The program thermal decomposition process of copper (Ⅱ) bis (ethylenediamine) sulfate has been studied by using TGA,DSC,and EGA/MS. This process may be divided into 4 stages:0. 2 mol of combined water is escaped at about 135℃ to 150℃. Part of ethylenediamine is lost between 270℃and 305℃,305℃ to 345℃ is the main stage of thermal decomposition,the complex construction destructed throughout. Besides ethylenediamine and sulfate thermo-cracking products,there are a few H2O and trace of CO2 in the escaped gas can be detected with mass-spectra analysis. This stage is followed by a further dissociation of sulfate at elvated temperature. Small amount of carbon,nitrogen and free copper are found in the residue CuO. The enthalpy of formation of the complex was determined to be - 1195 kJ. mol-1 using a heat flux calorimeter-
