讨论了ＬＳＬＰ原则在国内技术贸易中适用于确定技术价格的可能性，分析了收益现值法在确定ＬＳＬＰ的作用；论证了项目可行性分析研究是确定ＬＳＬＰ必不可少的条件．
It Discusses the LSLP principle, which is better suited to define the technical price in domestic technology transfer,analyses the fuction which makes the use of profit-method to confirm the LSLP and demonstrates that the project feasibility study is the indispensible term in confirming the LSLP.
