摘要
在转基因小鼠的建立过程中，获得高质量的受精卵是进行外源基因显微注射和受精卵移植的关键一步．本研究在使用昆明白小鼠进行获得受精卵建立转基因小鼠同时，比较了以前未曾报道过的Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ小鼠用于转基因研究的可能性，并分析研究了受精卵质量与体重等性状的关系．
In this paper,some factors about fertilized egg are studied, and a possibility of Balb/c mice used in transgene research is studied in order to obtain better fertilized egg. The relationship between fertilized egg and body weight in Kunming White and Balb/C Mice is disscused.
