摘要
将Surfatron 获得的常压、低功率氩微波等离子体( MWP) 用作原子吸收光谱法(AAS) 的原子化器,采用电热蒸发(ETV) ,浓H2SO4 吸收去溶的进样方法,研究了微波等离子体石英管原子化器和进样装置,考察了各种实验参数及共存元素等因素对测定Ag 的影响·该方法用于实际样品分析,获得了较好的结果·
A low power argon microwave plasma obtained with surfatron was used as an atomizer for atomic absorption spectrometry. An electrothermal vaporization system was designed for sample introduction. A concentrated H 2SO 4 desiccater was used for desolvation. Influence factors for determining trace Ag were investigated such as acidity of the solution,voltage of desoluation,time of desiccation,voltage of vaporization,microwave forward power,carrier gas flow rate and coexisting chemical species. This method has been successfully applied to the analysis of aqueous samples. A comparison of MWP AAS with ICP approaches suggests several advantages of the MWP source as an atomizer for AAS over the ICP one.
