摘要
本文针对我国标准热电偶检定规程中两项不足,提出 S 型标准热电偶在1300℃时的修正值应为-0.036mV,S 型标准热电偶铂极纯度计算式应改为W100℃=Ws(100℃)-0.3×10^(-4)ep。鉴于我国在中温区还没有标准级热电偶,作者建议开发 Ag-Pd 热电偶,并给出 Ag-Pd 热电偶热电动势-温度值。作者强调使用量达1千万支的快速消耗式热电偶的检定,并提出各种温度传感器的精度评定的数学方法。
In order to remedy two defects of our country's verification regulation of S-type standard thermocouple,this paper proposes that its correction value at 1300℃ should be -0.036mV.The calculating formula of its Pt pole purity is changed to W_(100℃)=W_(S(100℃)) -0.3×10^(-4) ep. It is suggested that we'll develop Ag-Pd thermocouple for there is no standard class thermocouple at middle temperature range in our country and give thermal electromotive force-temperature value of Ag-Pd thermocouple. Author puts stress on the calibration of quick -immersion thermocouple,used quantity of which is up to 10 millions,and presents a mathematical method for evaluating the precision of various temperature sensors.
