摘要 对共射-共基组合放大电路的高频响应进行了详细的分析,给出了上限截止频率的简单计算方法,从密勒效应的角度对比了单管共射放大电路与共射-共基组合放大电路的上限截止频率,并利用PSPICE软件进行了仿真,仿真结果也验证了理论分析的正确性。 Frequency response is an important target of the amplifier, which used to measure the amphfier adaptation to different frequency signals. Mastering of its analysis and calculation method is important for the design and use of amplifier. In this paper, the high-frequency response of the CE-CB amplifier is analyzed in detail, a simple calculating method of the high 3-db frequency is given, comparison between CE amplifier and CE-CB amplifier from the Miller effect is made, and their frequency response are simulated using PSPICE, the simulation results also verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
