摘要
本文结合元坝27井的固井实例,针对长兴组气层十分活跃、钻进中曾在飞仙关发生井漏、主力气层位置较深、水泥浆量少、三高地层且固井间隙小的具体情况,对其固井难点进行了分析,并进行了固井方案、施工工艺的设计以及施工过程的模拟计算。现场施工表明,采用尾管悬挂固井技术及短回接固井技术能够解决该井固井间隙小、易漏地层造成的易气窜的难题。同时结合现场施工,对该地区的固井施工提出了几点认识。
Combined with the example of well cementing about Well Yuanba-27,considering that concrete situation consists of active gas bearing formation in Changxing group,circulation loss happening in Feixianguan during drilling,deeply situated main gas formation,a small quantity of cement paste,three highs formation(high temperature,high pressure,high sulphur) and small cementing gap,this article analyses the main difficulties about cementing,presents the cementing method,designs the construction technology,and implements the simulating calculation for construction process.The practical construction indicated that liner hanger and short tie back cementing technology could resolve the problem of gas breakthrough which usually results from small cementing gap,active gas and oil layer and formations with easy leakage.In light of the practical construction,this paper submits some idea on cementing operation.
