摘要
本文介绍一种用纹波提取法测量小驻波的方法。这种方法能够在2~18GHz频率范围内测量具有小反射损耗的微波元器件的失配。反射损耗可以测到54dB,从而解决了现代射频系统失配的测试问题。
This paper describes a method measuring the small standing wave by means of ripple extraction. This method can be used to accurately measure the mismatch of microwave components and devices with small reflection loss in frequency range 2-18GHz. Reflection loss can be measured up to 54dB, thus solving the problem in measuring the mismatch of contemporary RF system.
