Advances in Relationship Between Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor and Depressive Disorder

摘要 脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是人体内含量最多的神经营养因子,在神经系统的发育和功能维持中起至关重要的作用.研究表明,抗抑郁剂通过提高BDNF表达来促进神经细胞的生存,增加突触可塑性及神经发生. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) is the most widely distributed neurotrophin in the central nervous system(CNS),serving many biological functions such as neural survival,differentiation,and plasticity. Treating the antidepressant drug could promote nerve cell survival and increase the synaptic plasticity and neurogenesis by improving BDNF expression.
