摘要 氟喹诺酮类化合物是近20 多年来发现的一类高效、广谱、安全、副作用小的抗菌药物,可与头孢类抗生素相媲美。本文合成的W-97 化合物是三环氟喹诺酮类化合物,其体外抗菌活性和氧氟沙星相似,对若干细菌的抗菌活性优于纳地沙星,对痤疮感染等浅表性化脓性皮肤病具有良好的治疗作用。 The efficacy of an antimicrobial depends on its ability to achieve a concentration above the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) for the pathogenic organism at the site of infection. W 97, a new fluoroquinolone was prepared, of which antibacterial activity in vitro was evaluated by testing the MIC against a variety of bacteria. The penetration of W 97 into skin blister fluid in ICR mice was determined, suggesting it can be repidly absorbed from the skin. W 97 is a promising compound for the cure of skin diseases.
