摘要
经提取、分离纯化，制备山药多糖精品；并通过腹腔注射山药多糖精品，考察其对小鼠的抗衰老作用。实验结果显示，给药组小鼠体内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶和脑Ｎａ＋ ／Ｋ＋ －ＡＴＰ酶活性均增加；
The purified water soluable polysaccharide from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Opposite (RP) was prepared by extraction and separation.And the antiaging effects of the purified RP i.p.on mice were observed. The results showed that the activities of GSH Px in brain and liver, catalase in heart, superoxide dismutase in brain and Na +/K + ATPase in brain were increased and the activity of monoamine oxidase B and the levels of lipid peroxidase and lipofuscin in liver were decreased in RP group.
