摘要
近年来，钾通道拮抗剂已成为抗心律失常药的开发方向。本文简要介绍了国外开发的较有前途的若干钾通道拮抗剂及其作用特点和临床应用。
Over the past several years,potassium channel blockers have become the trend of developing antiarrhythmic agents. Some of the novel potassium channel blockers as classⅢ antiarrythmic agents were introduced, including their mechanisms of action and clinical uses .
