摘要
在钻井井下事故中,卡钻事故的发生最为频繁,而要缩短卡钻事故的处理时间和降低事故损失,就需要准确判断卡钻事故的性质和确定卡点深度。简述了油田常用的2种确定卡点深度的方法,指出了它们的局限性。针对计算直井的管柱卡点深度,提出了分段分析法;针对计算二维定向井的管柱卡点深度,结合井下管柱受力与变形分析,提出了软杆迭代法。实践证明,这2种方法对于确定卡点深度具有重要的实际意义。
In down-hole drilling accident,sticking accident happens frequently.In order to shorten the stuck time and reduce the loss of accident,the characters of stuck accident and confirmed the stuck point depth accurately.This paper briefly describes two methods of stuck point depth should be judged and used commonly in oilfields and points out their limitations.To calculate stuck point depth of vertical wells,segmentation analysis is proposed.To calculate stuck point depth of 2-D directional wells and based on an analysis of stress and deformation,flexible pipe iterative method is put forward.Practice proves that the two methods are of great significance in determing the depth of stuck point.
