摘要
探讨利用微机图像分析分层定量测定关节软骨中蛋白多糖含量的方法,进一步了解关节软骨中蛋白多糖含量的变化.方法:应用微机图像分析测试系统对健康成年中国兔膝关节软骨、滚软骨缺损中的修复组织以及相应股骨髓骨沟受损软骨各层中的蛋白多糖含量进行分层测定和分析.结果:关节软骨缺损面积愈大,其修复组织中蛋白多糖含量也就愈少.并在其修复过程中,造成相应股骨髓骨沟软骨中浅层的蛋白多糖大量丢失.结论:微机图像分析测试系统可以准确、迅速地对关节软骨不同层次中的蛋白多糖含量进行分层测定,从而了解蛋白多糖在关节软骨退变、损伤、修复中的变化规律.
AIM: To define the changes in the amount of pro-teoglycan at varying depths of the articular cartilage of rab-bits by computed image-analysis system. METHODS= De-fects of different sizes were created in the articu1ar carti1ageof the patella, and specimens from the reparative tissue of thepatella and from the counterfacing pate11ar groove of the fe-mur were evaluated for the content of proteog1ycan at varyingdepths using the computed image-analysis system. RE-SULTS: The proteoglycan content of the reparative tissue de-creased with the increase in the size of the defect in the artic-ular carti1age of the patella and significant loss of proteo-g1ycan was observed in the superficia1 layers of the cartilageat the counterfacing pate1lar groove of the femur during therepair process. CONCLUSION: Computed image-analysissystem is an accurate and rapid method for the measurementof proteoglycan content of the articular cartilage at varyingdepths, offering a better understanding of proteoglycan content changes under various conditions such as degeneration,injury and repair in the articular cartilage.
