摘要
对接受胸舌肌瓣喉重建术的６６ 例喉癌患者术后的呼吸、发音及协调吞咽功能情况进行了随访分析。结果显示，７７％ 的患者术后能拔除气管套管，恢复正常呼吸；近９０％ 的患者能进行正常语言交流；患者均逐步恢复正常进食。提示该术式可使大部分喉癌患者获得根治与喉功能并存的良好效果，随着该术式的不断完善。
patients after laryngeal reconstruction with sternohyoid muscle flap in the last 10 years were taken statistics and analysised about the conditions of breath,speech and swallow in different kinds of laryngeal carcinoma.Results showed that the decannulation rate was 77% and the patients recovered normal breath.Near 90% of patients had a capable of normal language exchange,All of patients resumed mouth food taking gradully.This suggest that the most of patients were obtained a good result with radical cure and function keeping together.It is possible to enhance the the functions recovery further by improving the technique of this operation.
