摘要
对成都市丰达饲料有限公司生产的仔猪配合饲料(962)的pH值和酸结合力进行了测定.并在此基础上添加不同浓度的柠檬酸、延胡索酸、碳酸氢钠三种常用酸化剂,比较对仔猪配合饲料pH值和酸结合力的影响.测定结果表明:未添加酸化剂的仔猪料pH值介于6.19~6.23之间,酸结合力为27.20~28.00;添加柠檬酸和延胡索酸时仔猪料的pH值和酸结合力均随着柠檬酸和延胡索酸添加量的增加而减少,其中添加延胡索酸的下降幅度明显大于柠檬酸,添加碳酸氢钠时仔猪料的pH值和酸结合力均呈上升趋势.试验证明:添加三种常用酸化剂均影响仔猪料的pH值和酸结合力,并随着酸化剂的酸、碱性而呈下降和上升趋势.
The experiment investigates the pH value and acid-binding capacity(ABC) of early-weaned piglet feed(962) in Fengda Corporation of Chengdu.Citric acid,fumaric acid,and sodium bicarbonate are added into the feed respectively to investigate their effects on the pH and ABC of the feed.This experiment shows that the pH of early-weaned piglet feed ranges from 6.19 to 6.23 and 27.2 to 28 of ABC without adding any electrolyte equilibrium solution.After adding citric acid and fumaric acid,pH and ABC is decreased as addition dose.The decreasing of pH and ABC of citric acid addition is more efficient than fumaric acid.However,addition of sodium bicarbonate increases the pH and ABC.Generally,in this experiment the trial proves that the addition of three common acidifiers could affect pH and ABC of the early-weaned piglet feed,which is increasing and decreasing based on the acidity and basicity of the common acidifiers.
