Application of Biotechnology in Eggplant Breeding

摘要 为提高国内茄子遗传研究与育种水平,对生物技术在茄子组织培养、原生质体培养、体细胞杂交及基因转化等方面的应用进行了综述,并对生物技术在茄子育种过程中的应用进行了展望。生物技术为茄子育种提供了新途径,值得农业科研工作者参考。 In order to improve the eggplant genetic research and breeding level in China,biotechnologies such as eggplant tissue culture,protoplast culture,somatic hybridization and gene transformation were reviewed.The results showed that biotechnology provided a new way for eggplant breeding,which could be consulted in the future.
