神经精神狼疮与自身抗体 被引量：4

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupuserythematosus，SLE）是一种累及多系统的自身免疫性疾病，其发病与血清具有多种自身抗体相关。累及到中枢神经系统并伴有精神障碍称为神经精神狼疮（NPSLE），NPSLE临床表现复杂多样，中枢、外周及自主神经系统均可受累，它以认知功能障碍和记忆力减退为临床特征，是SLE患者最常见、最严重的并发症。SLE若累及到中枢神经系统一般表示预后很差，常导致病死率增加。
