摘要
本文就P^+N结整流二极管的理论极限结温进行了讨论。指出P^+N结消失的理论极限结温为P^+的本征温度。
In this paper, the writer discusses limiting junction operating temperature of P^+N junction rectifying diode and introduces that limiting temperature upto which P^+N junction dies away is intrinsic temperature of P^+ area.
