摘要
资产重组中出现的国有资产流失现象给国民经济带来了巨大的损失。要防止这一问题的发生 ,就需要对造成国有资产流失的原因进行全面的分析。本文从国有资产产权主体缺位、政府干预严重、低估国有资产价值、银行信贷资产流失以及企业盲目并购等五个方面进行了详细的阐述 。
The loss of state owned asset in the process of resetting asset has caused a great GDP loss.In order to prevent the loss from continuous happening,we have to get an overall understanding of the reasons.This article produces five reasons as following:the absence of the body of the state owned property,government intervene,low estimated value of state owned asset,the loss of bank asset and aimless mergers and acquisitiive activities.At the same time,this article puts forward some advice.
