摘要
国内学者对国家科技进步奖获奖项目的特征进行了广泛的研究,其研究主题主要涉及获奖项目的统计、获奖项目的经济效益、获奖人员的年龄结构、获奖项目的推广应用情况及跟踪研究等方面。针对获奖项目的特征,学者们从不同角度提出了改革与完善国家科技进步奖的相关建议,主要包括调整奖励对象,改变奖励方式;取消政府科技进步奖,主要由企业和市场来奖励;重点奖励自主创新成果;强化对获奖成果的后续管理和跟踪等措施。
Chinese scholars have studied on the features of National Science and Technology Progress Award rewarded project from different angles,whose research topics mainly includ the statistics of rewarded projects,the economic benefits of rewarded projects,the age structure of awarders,the promotion application and follow-up research of rewarded projects.According to the features of rewarded project,the scholars proposed four suggestions to reform and improve the National Science and Technology Progress Award from different angle.First,it is to adjust the incentive object and change reward ways.Second,it is to cancell the government science and technology progress award and mainly awarded by enterprise and market.Third,it is to focus on the government science and technology progress award,mainly awarded by enterprises and markets.Forth,it is to strengthen the follow-up management of rewarded projects.
