摘要
从国际物流系统构成及其发展历程和趋势可以看出,随着时代的进步和经济的发展,国际物流活动的功能和范围不断扩大,内涵不断丰富,信息和信息化技术的重要性不断加强。信息、信息系统、信息化技术既是国际物流信息化发展的基本要素,同时也赋予了国际物流以信息化的特征。研究并完善区域性国际物流信息平台,对我国国际物流信息服务行业的健康、科学发展具有十分积极的推动作用。研究和分析物流信息协作网络中的协同运作关键技术,可以为相关的智能化交互技术、协同标准技术、协同运作技术、物流服务跟踪可视化技术、信息安全技术等的发展提供科学的指南。文章通过对不同国家和地区国际物流信息平台的服务功能状况进行分析,提出了包括跨区域全流程电子单证交换、跨区域舱单传输、跨区域国际贸易物流订舱协同、跨区域通关申报协同及跨区域国际物流状态跟踪在内的综合信息服务平台设计,为我国建立区域性国际物流信息服务平台提供了理论参考。
From the composition of international logistic system,the history and the trend of development,we can see that,with the progress of the times and the economic development,the role international logistic activities play is increasingly expanded;and the importance of information and IT is increasingly enhanced.Information,information system and IT are not only the basic elements of the development of international logistic informationization,they also attached international logistics with the feature of informationization.Making research and improving the regional international logistics information platform is of great significance for the health and scientific development of China＇s international information service industry.Making research and analysis on the key technology of coordinated operation in logistic information coordination network can help provide the scientific guidance for the related technologies.By analyzing the current situation of the service function of international logistic information platform in different countries and regions,the author puts forward the design of the integrated information service platform and provides us the theoretical references for building the regional international logistic information service platform.
