摘要 介绍了一种新型旋转式多点踩压式压曲制块机的结构组成及其工作过程,并运用Solidworks2007COS-MOSWORKS组件对其压力组件关键元件进行有限元分析,分析其是否满足要求。利用amesim7.0软件对定位系统中的液压马达的特性进行仿真分析,为更好的设计定位系统打下坚实基础。 A new-type hydraulic rotating multiple-points starter-pressing and block-making machine was introduced including its structure and its working process. Besides, Solidworks2007 COSMOSWORKS was used to analyze the finite elements of the key pressing components to assess whether its intensity and its rigidity could meet practical requirements. Amesim7.0 software was used for simulation analysis of hydraulic motor characteristics in positioning system, which could provide scientific evidences for further design of better positioning systems.
